In this project there was multiple groups in which were assigned to groups with different Christmas movie themes. I was assigned the movie “Elf” and began creating multiple ideas that can be a good window display for the interior of the school. My group and I sketched out different ideas and settled on one that had three separate shadow boxes. In each shadow box there was a different story being told however all connecting to the movie. The upper left box contained a christmas tree that tilting sideway with an elf hat as the background was a snowy Central Park. As for the middle shadow box, it was the elves legs in the city with christmas lights wrapped around it. Lastly, the bottom left box contained paper snowflakes with lights glowing behind it. The most successful part of this project was getting all the windows to look like the way we envisioned it to be. Some things that were challenging was constantly changed the idea of the upper left window, fixing some mistakes and glueing the shadow boxes to the board.
