I recently toured a three-floor building in Georgetown, DC, and was inspired by the potential of the space. Once an old Irish pub, the structure has incredible bones and character that could be reimagined into something truly unique.
The Concept: a modern interpretation of the “Gatsby vibe” — sophisticated yet lively, offering small bites, crafted cocktails, and curated entertainment. After exploring the local market and atmosphere in Georgetown, I honed in on a visual direction that brings this idea to life.
